Relax and unwind on a balmy evening with a glass of local wine sitting on the punta (small quay) beside the still turquoise waters of the fjord 5 metres from the door of the cottage, taking in the breathtaking views of sea and mountains at this frontline cottage which sleeps 4/5, 27sqm, large Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining table and chairs to seat 4, sofa and easy chair. About 15 minutes walk to the UNESCO protected World Heritage medieval town of Kotor - (a mini Dubrovnik with historic architecture dating to 3rd Century BC) with its maze of streets and squares with cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques, daily fruit and veg markets, boat and fishing trips etc. Wonderful fish restaurants, a pint of lager or glass of wine at 2 euros and with an average 2 course meal with drink costing around 10 euros you can afford to eat out every night!. |

Perfect for 2 couples or a family, the large bedroom upstairs has twin beds that can make up to a large double, also a settee suitable for a child, easy chair and wardrobe and chest of drawers and large mirror, and stunning views from the large shuttered window. Downstairs are the bathroom, kitchen and living room with a large double bed settee, dining area, and a wood burning stove for those cosy nights during winter rental. The cottage is fully air conditioned and has a parking area, further car parking available about 150 yds away. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery and utensils, cooker, microwave oven, fridge, iron and ironing board etc, also TV. There is a small Barbecue for outside use and garden table and chairs, there is concrete sunbathing areas on the puntas in front of the cottage, the nearest beach is about 1 km away, and the swimming in the warm waters of the Adriatic in the fjord outside your door is superb!.
Kotor is
one of the "Most Beautiful Bays of the World", a 30 mins drive from the
Adriatic main coastline resorts of Budva and the famous Sveti Stefan
island, also the beautiful Skadar Lakes and National Park are about
perfect for day trips.
